What is your shipping rates?

Our rates depend on where you are located. 

New Zealand - its only $5 for delivery fee for any orders under $70NZD.

Australia - its only $10 delivery fee for any orders under $120AUD. 

United States - its $30 USD for shipping, but if you spend between $200-$300 USD its half price at $15 USD Shipping fee, Spend over $300 USD for free shipping. 

Canada - it's $40 CAD for shipping, but if you spend between $250-$400 CAD it's only $20 CAD shipping fee. Spend over $400 CAD for free shipping. 

United Kingdom - it's £25 for shipping, but if you spend between £125-£225 it's only £12.5 shipping fee. Spend over £225 for free shipping.

Europe - it's 25 for shipping, but if you spend between 150-250 it's only 12.5 shipping fee. Spend over 250 for free shipping.

Other Countries - Please email before purchase and I will update you with delivery fee and timeframe. becocky@outlook.co.nz

Custom Charges and Holds:

Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are.

New Zealand: Once your order is processed it will take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.

Australia: Once your order is processed it will take approximately 3-10 business days to arrive.

The Rest of the World: Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 8-20 business days to arrive - depending on where you live. 

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What happens with lost or stolen parcels?

Be Cocky cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered.

Parcels lost in transit will be subject to investigation claims made to the shipping company. Resolutions will vary on a case to case basis and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel and have it delivered. 

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds and exchange. 

If your item has any faults contact us at becocky@outlook.co.nz to arrange a resolution.
